Received my new rack from them last Friday and I have to say.. it is quality stuff. The detail that goes into each rack is amazing. They custom built a rack for me based on the iris mcb-l 32qt tub. Customer service, communication and attention to detail is what makes their racks work. thanx.

I hear nothing but good things about AP. If I ever get another large snake I will most definately be getting a cage from them.

we're getting our first AP rack at the end of September (I think...ordered it last week and they said it takes about 4-5 weeks to ship..) We first ordered the economy racks but ended up with the rubber maid ones because they discontinued the tubs for the economy plastics one. The customer service was great, I got prompt replies to all of my questions, and i cant wait till it comes in :D

congrats on your order. just be prepared for a mild struggle with the flexwatt (unless you got the heat cable instead) when putting it into place. It take a bit of play to "lock" it in, but well worth it. tubs wont snag on the flexwatt when you slide them in and out.

All of our burms are in AP cages-they are incredible. They hold heat and humididty so well and are extremely easy to clean. We can't say enough good about them!!!

I really was impressed with my dealings with AP each time I ordered from them. Ali was especially infomative and was quick to answer any questions I had. She even contacted me when my order was running behind to explain why. I plan on a third order within the year.

They are great, my only complaint is they have a long turn around time, that in my experience gets pushed back several weeks from when they originally tell you.

But the product itself is top notch. Even with the delays, I'll still keep buying from them.
