    success with transition to F/T
YAY!!! so my pin FINALLY ate a f/t!! i tried for the first few weeks, and she was not okay with f/t, so i fed LIVE for a while. then i was gonna try to experiment since shes settled in, and right away, she took teh f/t =D. just gav it a good shake in front of her face, and she struck, coiled, and feasted ^-^

no luck with the spider yet tho. hes still a picky eater >_>...

its kinda funny, i find it teh other way around ><!

when i fed live, i just dropped the mouse in, watched, made sure the mouse died, and the snake ate..

to feed f/t, u place the mouse in a plastic pag, the heat up some water.. put the mouse bag in a container with warm water and wait for like 10 - 15 mins until its warm... feel the stomach, make sure its soft and not frozen.. (i blowdry to get it dry), then feed it to snake LOL.

but its more of a hastle for me to get live (the closest place is like 25 mins away)

and koodos on ur name being travis =D. mine is too ^-^

Glad you were successful with the transfer to f/t. Just keep working with your spider, hopefully he will take also. F/T is a lot cheaper the live, and it saves a bit of money over time, well if you have more then a few snakes anyways.
