    corn wont eat
hey everyone, I have a little hatchling corn that wont eat. I fed him on August 9th, but he regurgitated that meal the very next day. so I waited till today to feed him again, but he was not interested in it at all. he is in a 15q tub, with temp being 83 degrees. I do not have flex watt under his tub because we are going thru a heat wave and i dont think they need any higher temp. ( we will be getting a rack with belly heat coming in soon so they will have flexwatt soon :D ) does anyone have any suggestion to what i can do ? im kind of worried because hes really tiny!

    thank you

83 degrees isnt warm enough.. they need about 89-90 belly temp.

as for suggestions, try feeding live, f/t, prekilled.

if he regurged, then the meal was to big. usually thats the case.

i am feeding f/t pinkies (TINY pinkies...) - it is hard to get live pinkies from the reptile place around here and petco and petsmart dont sell life feeders.

I thought the temps should be 82-84 degrees ( i am getting this out of the book "corn and rat snakes by Philip Purser.) i have another book around here sumwhere, but i deff thought that the temps should never get up to 90 degrees.....but i could be totally wrong there...
