Blood pics

I finally got around to taking pics of my collection the other night. i am still editing all the pictures but have finished the bloods. they didn't come out as good as i hoped. i needed more light and a better camera. these were taken by a casio camera that i won when i worked at best buy. im pretty sure these are the last pictures im going to take with it....going by to the cannon! the cannon is from 2002 and takes way better pictures than this one.

these were produced by a friend of mine in our herp club. the mother was an orange/yellow blood and the fater was a normal looking blood. i was suprised that i didn't get tagged by these! i thought for sure the male would have gotten me. i only got tagged by one of my carpets.

On second look, it looks like it is a cross of a borneo and brongersmai. The scales above the eye are a dead ringer for a breitensteini. Which means, while odd looking, it is more than likely a cross between the species.

the guy i got them from is for sure not into crossing so i highly doubt that they are. i will get pics of the parents and put them up.

Well, for fear of causing a riot, I am no expert and could very well be talking out of my ass. :oops: I'd rather read what other more experienced keepers think. :gj: Yes, it can just be a unique looking offspring!

Sorry, I'm no expert; I haven't even seen a brongersmai x breit cross before.

But I don't need to be an expert to know that they are both gorgeous! :gj: Very unique patterns and coloring.

checked with a borneo guy at daytona and he said they are not crosses.

great look'n bloods. They do look like borneo's to me. They are very nice either way.
