feeding help;
Last week, on Tuesday, I fed my ball two adult mice and she took them without hesitation. After swallowing the second, she roamed around her tub as if she was still hungry for about 30 minutes before finally doing into her warm hide. When I got her, she was a bit thin and still, gaining some weight certainly wouldn't hurt her. She's never missed a feeding since I've had her. Once, I fed her with only four days in between and she seemed very content. Before, I fed her one mouse every five days. Now, since her last feeding was with two mice, I plan on feeding two every week. But she roamed last night and the night before as well, which she hardly ever does. Usually, even at night, she stays within her hide only coming out to drink or switch hides. I do worry about her not having enough to eat and I'd like for her to gain some weight. Since I've had her she's grown in girth quite a bit, bit she still looks somewhat thin. I'm thinking about trying three mice tomorrow...I probably should be switching to rats soon, but I'm not sure if they're available where I purchase food..
If I switch to rats, should I wait until after tommorrow? Or maybe I could buy two mice and a small rat..? I'm not sure. I'd just like to get her switched over quickly and have her to nice, healthy size. Right now she's slithering around like crazy and its worrying me..it is nighttime and the light's off but still, I've never seen her like this.
(I'd post pictures, but my camera ran away to Neverland.)

Re: feeding help;
A hatchling BP has the ability to eat an adult mouse, so if you are to stay feeding mice, you are looking at multiple meals... why not switch to rats? You can offer her a mouse, then for second meal a PK weaner rat. Tow=fold purpose to get her on rats & off Live... after a few successful rat meals lead with the PK rat & smaller FT rat pup. Once on FT rats, feed one appropriate sized FT meal. ;)
