new snakes: first BRB pair!

so we made the long trip to see henry piorun, and came back with these beauties! (to name a few) haven't weighed them yet, but we will before their first feed. they're taking a few days to settle in before we try them on any feed. the female shed yesterday while i was at work (so i missed the photo-op). oh, and i learned an important lesson today...keep your face far, far away from nervious brazilian rainbow boas! kind of wish i took pics, my face was bleeding! anyways, pics! awww the male has a little heart mashed somewhere in his pattern <3

today is my someday! i've been dreaming of having a pair of these since i ever laid eyes on them!

since bringing them home, the female has shed, bit me in the face, and they have both eaten 2 mice. hoorah!

and python1024, that's not a bad lookin' snake you have either! a spider, i'm guessing?
