    hello, im new 2 ball python here. i'm frm brunei n i just got my ball python last week. it is around 800grms n 3ft+. here's my question," how much to feed it?" i'm using adult mice as my feeders. soory if this ques hve been post before.

    feed it whatever size mouse or rat is as big as the widest part of the snake. and if its 800 grams, probably once every 7 days.

    I would say a small rat would be suitable, every 7 days. Make sure you give him a little time to adjust to his new home before trying to feed him.

    800 grams is probably a two-year-old. The most appropriate food item is a small rat.
    If he will not eat rats, then you're going to have to feed him a LOT of mice. I would honestly feed him as many as he will take consecutively, once a week. This could be 3 to 5 mice.
    This is why folks generally prefer their ball pythons eat rats. ^_^.
