my ball is wiered

second time he has shed and he dont get the head cap off i had to remove the last one from him..it was a clean shed all one piece besides head cap.
he is gourges ill get pics up tomorrow he is a little angry right now just ate this morning,came home, at first i thought he regugeted the moue but it was his shed in a little ball lol but all still intaked.
it only took 4 days from when his eyes turned blue. im gonna say about 7 days all together

Get The Humidity up!!!!! Thats the only reason the head piece wont come off! Also soak him in a bin with warm water halfway up his body for around 30 Minutes...

Just to say if he ate this morning do not soak him for at least a couple of days to give him time to digest his meal.

But if you give us the specifics of your setup (in pics preferably ) we might be able to suggest ways to increase the humidity to prevent the problem in the future.
