Ramphiophis Rostratus(Rufous Beaked Snake) Newly Weighed
Well I got bored, and was originally only going to weigh my anaconda, but after I weighed her I said what the heck, why not weigh him, though I have to admit I was kind of scared to see what his weight would be, being not sure how old he is but he's about 11in. long or so. Well he weighed in at 28 grams.
So I guess i'm really going to have to start feeding him more. Instead of a pinky every 6 days, i'm going to up it to 2 pinkys every 6 days, and hopefully he puts on a little weight.

I would feed him like a dry or any other active colubrid with a rapid metabolism - every 5 days with multiple small prey items.

I tried that when I first got him about 2 months back and he would only do bi-weekly feed, but I remember he would sometimes be a problem feeder, so i'm going to retry since he's shed twice since i've owned him.
