Im so pissed at bean farm

I ordered flex watt and clips from Bean Farm on Monday Aug 3, 2009. Thought Id have it by Wednesday. Still didnt get it by Friday, so I called. It wasnt till my call Friday that I found out they were out of the clips, and that is why I hadnt received my order yet. Wish they woulda told me at my time of order. I was told that same Friday that my order would be shipped out that same day and I should have received it by Monday Aug 10, 2009. Unfortunately, I didnt receive it Monday either, so I called again. And now she told me they were too busy to ship my already delayed order, so they finally shipped it today Monday Aug 10, 2009. I wont receive it till Wednesday Aug 12, 2009, I have 5 snakes already in transit, and to arrive on Tuesday Aug 11, 2009. I need some help on how to keep my snakes at their proper temp for two days!!!!! GOD Im so ANNOYED!!! Im not sure if this is the right spot for my post?

Your snakes will be fine..
Just put them in their enclosures. If they get really cold, put a hot pack in with them.

That's really frustrating, especially because you obviously were doing the right thing in getting the set up before the snakes. Now due to their delay, your enclosure isn't set up and the snakes are still almost here.

I think the snakes will be fine for a couple days anyway. If it's too cold in the house, you can use a 'hot water bottle', by filling up a water bottle with hot water and putting it inside a sock. With that in the cage, the snake shouldn't get chilled too much, and all will be fine until you get the stuff in to set it up right. Just be sue to check and recheck when you are setting up the new stuff, that it doesn't overheat accidentally while setting itself.

Did they ever send you a shipping notice? I recieved mine a day after i purchased my order... I got a tracking number and everything... Sorry to hear about your situation...

i had same exact problem but i was waiting on a helix with the order. I wasnt to happy myself on there turn around time. ITS BULL!

they are great as is big apple herp ive had great customer service from them. they shorted me a foot on my flexwatt i called and they shipped it out next day air the following business day plus gave me free shipping on my next order.

i dont care much for big apple herps because they sent me good heat tape but i ordered canned grasshoppers for my beardie and they were expired, over 1 yr expiried, and they refused to send me new ones saying, ohhh its ok it wont hurt them.
