    Hmm.. What Does This Mean?
This is my first year attempting to breed, and after much research I decided to pair my male Pastel with my female Normal. (I am either incredibly late or incredibly early! :P)

I realize this is not a lock but I am curious as to what this means. Does it mean one or the other (or both) are interested in locking? Does it mean they will eventually lock? Or is it just a how they decided to lay? I haven't seen this any where before and am very curious!

I was planning on doing a 3 day in - 3 day out schedule but this is the male's third day in.. Should I keep him in for another day or two to see if he may lock? I haven't seen any locks thus far. This is the first round, he is a virgin but the female is not.

I would say that it means you either missed the lock or they are about to lock, but if you are doing a 3/3 schedule I would keep to it and pull him and then in 3 days put him back.

But you know your animals better than I do, so if you think he can take another day, I would say if you left him in you might get your lock. ;)

Thanks for the reply. I checked on them and their tails are further away so hopefully I either missed it or they may be interested. I will probably pull him tomorrow for a few days then try again.

    Thanks again. :gj:
