Scaleless Rats and Corns?
Does anyone on here own one (or a few) of them? Most likely not, but ya never know. I would love to see pictures, just because they look amazing. Do they really not have any scales at all?

Man if I find some at the expo coming up in November, I have seriously got to handle one.
Re: Scaleless Rats and Corns?
I do NOT agree with them. Scales help protect the snake, and belly scales help the snake move along the ground, scaleless snakes are wrong. People who breed them should NOT be allowed to breed or even keep snakes.

Tell that to Brian at BHB.
And what do captive bred snakes need protection from in captivity?

Just cause its cb doesnt make it right. Its WRONG, no other word for it. People who breed snakes in such a way are in it purely for the money and not for the love of keeping reptiles.
If you had a child, and it was born with no skin or its skin falling of? would you count that as ok or normal just cause the child wasnt born out in the woods????//// NO i dont think ya would.

Its not like they get exposed to the things they would encounter in the wild dude. Now saying people who breed scaleless snakes, you were out of line on that, but to some degree, they should be left with scales. I can imagine a scaleless snake reacting different to chlorahexydine then say a regular snake since its scales are waterproof, these snakes might absorb much more than a regular snake, and might suffer from some overdose of some sort.
