4 inch white line of missing scales afer shed?

My bp just shed today and he now has a strip of white or missing (?) scales running about 4 inches just down from his head.

The husbandry has all been good, his feeding response is awesome. His sheds have all been clean. No signs of a problem.

Just wondering if anyone else has come accross this before or if in your opinions its something to concern myself about

I'll try and get a pic up later today.

Any ideas are much appreciated

Scales come off your snake all the time, however I've never seen it happen quite like that. They should grow back, but if your snake continues to lose scales like this, or they don't grow back, go to the vet!

My bp, the shed before last was horrid, he lost patches of scales and it looked like that, all of them are back now after a decent shed (Wasnt able to get the humidity quite right before the last one, but much better this last time). I finally have a schedule that keeps his humidity perfect.

our snake gets this but she is constantly squeezing thru her tank :(
(which we've finally fixed)
she still has her scales tho but she has lost the colour tho
