New to the forum and snakes

Hi! I'm new. I have never owned any snakes before, but I do have experience with iguanas. The other day my 14 year old green iguana died. I had him since I was 10.
I'm pretty sure my next herp is going to be a Ball Python. Once the grieving process is over from Jericho (the iguana), I plan on getting a BP. Until then, I'm doing research. This forum looks like an awesome place to start to find out what I need to get started and how to find a healthy pet.
