    Do you have a theme?
Do you have a theme for your BP names?

I am going with characters played by Johnny Depp and their female counterpart.

Jack and Sally: Both Pastels; names come from the Nightmare Before Christmas

Victor and Emily: both het albino: names from The Corps Bride

Kim: Het albino female: Edward Scissor Hands

Husband names all the Ball Python snakes after Wrestlers! I named my Rainbow Boa, though, and I used a Gay Pride theme since, you know, RAINBOW Boas... I have one so far, and his name is Harvey Milk.

My dog is named Rigby, and I might carry on the Beatles theme with my next dog, if it is a female. There are a lot of good female Beatles themed names I can pick from. However, if it is a male, I'm not sure.

The theme for my snake's name Allah, was that it was my COD4 clan tag and I got the snake on short notice so I did not think about a name, then I thought about Allah and it stuck.

Funny story about that, my dad sat next to boomer on the airplane to comic-con(my dad is a nerd, but he makes an excuse saying we want to go to it) and he watches battlestar galactica, he just did not recognize her.

I just name them based on looks and personality.

My carpet python is named "Kitty", because 1) kitty is a girl's name, 2) after being shipped she was understandably a tiny bit frazzled and greeted me with some surprising hissing, 3) she's as gentle as a kitten, and 4) I've always wanted to have a snake named "Kitty", especially one that got a bit bigger than your average pet snake.

My geckos are named Sandy, Peanut, Pongo, and Chimichanga.. You can probably picture what they look like.

I used to name all my reptiles and pets for Nordic mythology; Thor, Loki, Frey, Freya, Berserker, Odin, etc. My collared lizards were named after X-Men characters; Rogue and Gambit. My turtles are Raphael and Michelangelo, after the TMNTs, but my ball pythons get numbers with the breeders' name as a prefix, or the year as a prefix, for the ones I hatch. BAP1, BAP2, BAP3, 08mmoj1, 08fmoj2, etc. My male breeder Bell line pastel is my only bp with a real name, Salvidor Dali, because his pattern has melting drips in it that remind me of Geopoliticus Child Watching the Birth of the New Man.
