    Another feeding question!
My 2 year old ball python is around 900g, and I've always used the rule of feeding him 10-15% of his weight weekly.

Is this rule continued regardless of the weight of the ball. Say; a 2000g ball would be fed a 200g feeder? Or is there a maximum that is healthy to be fed to the python?

The largest rat that I feed, regardless of the size of my snake, is a small medium (about 140-150 grams).

I agree with Robin. I don't go any higher then a medium rat. I feed my 2400 gram girl 120-150 gram rats every 7-10 days.

Same here. My 2200 g male gets fed 120-150g every 7- 10 days. And sometimes I may go up to but not more than 170g...
