    Noise?
    Hey everyone!
Before I go pick up my ball python tomorrow I have one question.
My setup is in the living room of my apartment a few feet away from my t.v., do you think the noise from the t.v. will bother the snake? I only have the t.v. on maybe 2 hours out of the day but should I consider moving the setup across the room or maybe into a different room completely??

It might be a good idea. While bp's don't have external ears, they can sense vibrations through their jaw. It could potentially add to stress, especially if you like to watch Steven Seagal movies. :D

Also, you'll want to consider a location that has low traffic. They don't really like it/get scared by it when people are walking by constantly. Since bp's aren't really show animals, it's good to keep them in a quiet place.

Ball Pythons are deaf. They feel vibrations. I asked this question on a different forum and that was the answer I was given. One of the people played his guitar with an amp and doesnt have any problems, so your TV wont be an issue.

I will PM you the link to when I asked it so I dont get in trouble for breaking any rules or anything.

I have mine right next to my tv (and since I have two toddlers it stays pretty loud) and Mas doesn't seem to mind.
