need help making rack under 50

Hi i need a rack that will hold 3 28qt tubs. I want it to be under 50$. Can anyone give me plans for one?

You could probably get one of the plastic storage from Home Depot.

That's going to be difficult to do when a thermostat is over $50. Or are you calculating heating separately?
