    Where to buy supplies?
I would like to know where a lot of you get your supplies at, such as aspen bedding, vermiculite, deli cups for water, etc. I have been trying to search the net for a place to get those large bags of aspen and haven't come up with anything yet. They usually rape you on the shipping considering they are large bags. I have also been looking for a place to get some vermiculite, but all I find is little dinky bags of it for like 10 bucks a piece. I would also like to get some deli cups for my water bowls for some of my snakes. Where to get stuff?

Aspen, I always got at Tractor Supply (TSC) when I used it. Just be sure that you're not buying pine on accident. If not, you could ask a local feed/farm sore to order it for you.. or even a pet store.. I bought a few big bags of vermiculite/perlite at Home Depot a few years ago; I am lucky that I still have some remaining, since I can't seem to find it in any stores lately.

For heating supplies. www.reptilebasics.com has never failed me (Flexwatt, thermostats, etc.)

In my area there are various Pet Supply stores that have large bags of aspen available. I would expect shipping costs to prohibitive. If you are in a rural area you might have to travel to a bigger town or have someone else pick it up for you. Plenty of places sell Deli cups online. They all seem to be more expensive than what you would like. You just have to find what you want and factor in the shipping costs.
