My RTB is under his Reptibark!!
Is this normal? I thought he escaped until I saw a lump under the reptibark and hes just laying under it.

Did you just get him? I have two and they stay under the substrate some. When I first put them in their new enclosure they did it a lot, but now that I have several hides in each cage they seem to go into the hides instead.

When I first got Onyx, he immediately burrowed underneath his substrate. But since then, I haven't seen him do it again.

I have some adults that still burrow, or try too.
    .
Some do, some don't. Sometimes it's a temperature issue, sometimes not. Sometimes stress, sometimes not. :)

Doesn't sound like anything is wrong.

I always have to dig my normal, my jungle, my SP and sometimes my DH Glow out of their aspen every time I take them out. They like to tunnel around, its normal.

I would get rid of the fake plants. Can you post any pictures of your enclosure?
