She confuses me

So i know one of the signs that your BP is gravid is went she lays inverted well mine does this alot and she has been goin thru shed also alot but i she no visual signs so is she telling me she wants to be breed or what is she doing

Some of my snakes will occasionally bask inverted when they're opaque--probably to help moisten their back. Nothing to worry about.

So she wouldn't be pregnant or building

If you've been breeding her, she might be gravid. Apart from that, inverted basking in a shed cycle is uncommon, but some snakes do it.

Hard to say ive never seen them lock up my males are producing sperm plugs so why isn't she taking them if they are producing

I may have asked this before but can't remember so here goes.

What substrate are they kept on?

If it is on paper are there ever any signs of mating activity (streaks on the paper mainly but mine also always seem to P ) ?

Well, it's the middle of summer. Just because the males are mature enough to breed doesn't mean that they or the female will be interested. They usually breed over the winter. It CAN happen, but unless you keep them on a winter lighting cycle, it's not nearly as likely.
