Unknown Spidy in the Bathroom

My fiance found this guy (or gal) in our bathroom this morning. He put it in a container so we can I.D. it. I haven't been able to figure out what the heck it is except that is it one of the most beautiful spiders I've seen. Any ideas? It's small too, body is about 1/8" long.


It's in one of the tiny Rubbermaid containers

Its a Pirate Spider.... aarrrrrrr!!
