To be honest I kinda like that girl from paramore, I dont listen to that kinda music but she has a really good voice with an extremely wide vocal range. I think her name is haley or something?

i prefer Lacuna Coil to be honest.

Lots of good ones listed here. I don't know enough about voices to pick who has the best technically outstanding voice/singing ability, but I love Joni Mitchell and I love Tori Amos.

All great female vocalists :) My fave is Siouxsie Sioux.
