Question about water consumption..

This might be a strange/dumb question...
But I have noticed that my little BCI drinks a lot of water.
Is this normal? I know that soaking a lot can be a bad sign, but I haven't seen him soak at all...

I have noticed my bp drinking 2 times since I've owned her and I have seen the BCI drinking twice today alone! And, this morning when I was changing his water, I noticed that he'd gone through nearly half the bowl! It's a small bowl, but still.
Any thoughts?

Bah, nevermind.

Just make sure he always has some fresh water.
