oh im mad...

ive been really excited about getting my thermastat in because the dimmer makes me nervous...well i got it in just a few minutes ago and guess what...i plugged it in and the power light wont even come on....
BAH-1000 = poo.

ahh that sucks, SEND IT BACK lol

Man that's gotta suck. Try getting a new one and send that one back.

oh im going to send it back but... i have to pay the shipping plus wait another week to get the new one....

thats the same thing that happened to me when i bought a thermometer at a reptile show

they shouldnt make you pay the shipping if they send you a not working item
