    He loves geckos...
Today my now known new pick up ate his first dinner in my place, a house gecko.
And to see the snake stalk the gecko was awesome, it is so fast, rogers racer fits perfect.
I was extremly happy to see this guy munching the gecko away, since he refused mouse pinks the first two times...:taz:

Awesome, it always feels good when your pet eats, it makes you feel relaxed as well.

Just an update on this little guy, now identified as a Platyceps rogersi, a racer species from egypt.
Now he is willing to eat two f/t pinkies with split heads every five days, which is a HUGE delight for me, because the supply of feeder geckos was quite slim.
He is a very alert and active snake, always checking me out when I come close to his little habitat, I really like him, he also calmed down alot lot and is not trying to eat my face every time I open the tub (an quite funny attempt by him, measuring less than two feet....:rolleye2:)

Just wanted to update, this lil beast is still with me, because i see so many open end new and exotic pet stories here!
Meanwhile (since last year) he took a two week vacation out of his cage, exploring my sweet flat, but I got him one night, when he slithered through my living room.
Still picky on the catering side, sometimes pinks, sometimes nada, last night the tail and a leg of of a passed away and deep frozen leo.
But I love this lil egypt rascal...:taz:

That's a cool looking snake! Hope he gets less picky for you, as I imagine it's difficult (and expensive) to feed a lizard diet...
