    baaad day.
I won't go into the details, but I have been traveling for 15 hours today and have been up for over 24 hours.

I just got back from my month-long stay in paris and came home to a regurg. I most likely know what happened and I don't really want to get into what could have caused it. I am just really bummed. I was crying on the couch for a good 30 minutes before I started cleaning out the tubs. A regurg to me is like having a child nearly suffocate or drown because I was careless. I wasn't being careless, I wasn't here. :( I wish there was something I could have done but now all I can do is hope that she will be okay. She seems very alert still, pissed, but alert. I gave her some fresh water and I am going to do so every day for the next two weeks until I will offer her food again.

    I feel like a terrible mom! I just need some snakey-people e-hugs :(

On the bright side, I am going to a reptile show tomorrow (hopefully, fingers crossed) and I hope to come back with some fresh f/t feeders and a new crested gecko! I have everything all set up and ready to go :D

{{{Hugs}}} Sorry to hear about that, but hopefully she's OK. I found this forum only 3 days ago and you've already shown yourself to be one of the most helpful.

You're a great mommy, I see a lot of your posts, and you know your stuff! Don't worry, and I hope everything is well and your snakie eats soon. :please:

There is a show tomorrow? Don't know if you remember, but I live pretty close to you. :D

Although uncommon, regurg does happen and most snakes survive with no problem.

    BTW, "month-long stay in PARIS" . . . I am very jealous.

I feel a lot better now that I cleaned up the tubs and threw in an extra hide for the both of them. They both seem a lot calmer.
*sigh* Ah well, I just can't wait until she takes another good meal for me so I can hold her!! I missed her so much!!

Alice: As awesome as it does sound, Paris can get annoying rather fast. Its hard to explain unless you have lived there for a while but I was SO ready to come home at the end. I mostly missed my friends, snakes and CHIPOTLE!!
