temps?

Hey all i have a real quick question, i have a 20l glass tank for my bp is a 10-20 zoomed uth big enough or should i get the 30-40? also the cold side is at 72 should i just throw the light on that side to warm it up or will she be ok?

nevermind just got my question answered in another post...... maybe i should have read first :)
