Derma ball?

I was looking up pics for one of the BPnet member's website and stumbled across this image. Can it be reproduced through breeding? Also does it effect the BP in any negative way to be "scaleless?" Thanks!

Holy crap go to page 3 on that link. There's more pics, and the thing looks incredible..not trying to advertise Im just amazed, its really cool looking.

dont they also have a picture of it in Nerd's book the complete ball python?

I HEARD they were fake....

Certainly look like authentic pictures to me.

definitely not a fake.

They are pretty neat looking, and I love the "glitter" look in that one you linked to. But like the members of that forum, I would be concerned about the health effects. And do you agree (with them) that it's a bad idea to selectively breed that trait? Hairless cats, rats, dogs, etc, are usually just fine, but snakes are a whole different ballgame - since scales obviously serve a different purpose than fur. Interesting.....
