so i've had my western hognose for a few weeks now and he's been a great eater. but the petstore has been out of frozen pinkies to the last 3 meals i've given him were live, which he gobbled down no problem. Well today was my first try getting him to eat f/t. The breeder said he'd been eating f/t no problem, but i'm a new snake owner so i was nervous. i let it sit in the hot water from the tap for 20 minutes, put it in front of him and he gobbled it right down. no having to do the zombie dance, the glutton didn't need any incentive.
