    R.I.P. Hissy fit
Sad news at our household. Hissy-fit finally lost to her illness and passed away this evening. Thank you all for the support.

For those of you that don't know the story we adopted a female ball python about 2-3 weeks ago from a reptile show. It turned out the snake had a very bad case of phenomena and bacterial RI. We have been working with a vet to make her better but it did not work out and she passed this evening. :tears::tears::tears:

I talked to the breeder after I tracked them down and he is going to refund my money at the next show (this was prior to her passing). But I did just send him an email letting him know what happened and that he may want to quarentine any snakes that were in contact with her.

that sucks big time, I have lucky not lost any snakes due to illness ( unlees it was from the birth related as in te one corn ) but i have had a number of lizards brung to me that were too far gone to do more than attmept ot make comfortable over the years. So i know the sadness of losing a animal when you tryingo t do good for it . :(

Sorry for your loss... no matter what kind of animal or how long you've had them, it always hurts when they pass. :(
