Quirks?

Hello all, quick story for you guys. Has anyone ever woke up in the middle of the night (perhaps to take the dog out when he wakes up at 3am?) and walked by your enclosure to find your ball just chilling out of his huts. It's pitch black out so he probably feels pretty safe (i have a red lamp so I can see him/keep the air temp warm). At first I thought he wasn't happy or something, but all his readings are correct, so I found it humorous that he was just on top of his hut. He also has this funny habit of going into his hide, just sticking his tail out, and resting his head on his tail. Like he's waiting for something to come by that might peak his interest (as if something will just randomly get into his tank). Does anyone else have funny quirky things that their BPs do?

Mine kill small fuzzy things...does that count?

Mine will sometimes sit with half of his tail end out of his hide with the other part coiled inside. Other times he will enter one side and have a few inches of each side sticking out. One thing that is kinda weird is at night I've caught him sitting on his branch with his head hanging straight down for a while.

one of mine would start to come out of its hide look up and fall asleep for hours in that position. sort of on a 65 degree angle i swear i think she is narcoleptic

My bp will half-periscope straight up towards the lid before falling to the side. He also climbs on my fake plant attached to the cage via suction cup; one day I swear that it's gonna fall with him on it.

Mine does the same thing abuja, my bpo usually sleeps on top of his fake plants, what a goof:rolleye2:

When mine's in the bath, she sometimes winds herself around the faucet and turns it on. Other than that, she's a normal, beautiful, sweet girl.
