    high humidity
ive heard alot of people having problems with low humidity but i live in north texas and its very humid here. i dont have my snake yet but im setting everything up. i just put everything in there and before turning on my uth or even putting water in it, the humidity is at about 67. i feel like if i make more holes (im useing a tub) the humidity wont change because its so humid here anyways. HELP lol also, im useing newspaper as substrate. (by the way, how many layers of newspaper should i use?)

I dont think 67 is bad. might want to shoot for 60 though. I don't really know how to lower humidity other than substrate change which you have done. High humidity is only a problem when it is constantly over 80% (in my opinion).

you could melt some more holes in the side of the tub, that should help lower the humidity.

I was going to post about this.. what do people do for high humidity?

Humidity in minneapolis has been really high these past few weeks, 50-70% in my apartment indoors.
