    help...new snake has bumps
i bought her about 2 weeks ago and when i got her she didnt have any of the bumps on her.... she is about 3 months old and she hasnt eaten with me until today... im not sure when the last time she was fed at the store.. her skin is really loose and the bumps are all down her sides... but u can only see them on the outside when shes coiled or shes moving around.. im worried about her shes really sweet.... i finally got her to eat today with assistance (putting the mouse in her mouth and catching it on her teeth and putting her down) she ate it... it was a small fuzzy but i didnt want to over do it her fist time or make it more stressful for her then it has to be... http://i239.photobucket.com/albums/f...kebumps023.jpg

A vet visit can do more than any advice we can give.
Call and set up an appointment as soon as you can.

Could those bumps be caused by ticks?

i should probably say the bumps are usually in a row about a centimeter apart... and they go away when she moves ots only when she sorta stretches the skin in the area the bumps apear, so im thinking they might be bones... im not sure though but her skin is really looseif i run my finger down her her skin will bunch up...shes still active... and i did get her to eat a fuzzy, so should i accually try feeding her again in a few days?

I would go with an immediate vet visit. Two possibilities come to mind: Parasites migrating under the skin, and broken ribs.

The loose skin is probably dehydration. What is your humidity and are you offering clean water every day?
