Blood and water!
So my female bp shed 2 days ago and there was a bit of blood on the lost shed right where her vent was. Wasnt much and there wasnt any on the aspen. She pooped and peed like normal the next day. She seems completely healthy. just seeing if maybe someone had an explanation.
Also we have well water where i just moved to. I can either give her that or demineralized (practically distilled) water. Which would be the better option. Thanks in advance.

Re: Blood and water!
A tiny spot or two around the vent when they shed is perfectly normal. Not a flow of blood but a spot or two.
I'd be confident that if the well water is fine for you, it'll be fine for your snakes. If you're concerned about the quality of the well then by all means take a water sample in to be tested. That's not a bad idea for anyone on a new/unknown well to do anyways.

Re: Blood and water!
It's very normal to find a little blood around the vent shedding, that usually happens when snake's shed because there is also shedding in their vent so when they shed it off a little blood will be on the shedding but it's really nothing to be worried about. When my female sheds this happens as well, but it doesn't hurt her at all.
For the water, if it's clean and is fine for anybody to drink I'm sure your snakes will be OK drinking. If you want to make sure it's safe, like frankykeno said, you can test the water to be sure it's safe for your snake drink.
