Advice neded -When to remove them from the incubator.
Help - Question, now that they are hatching should I remove them (in the eggs) and place them in a small tub in the rack to fully emerge. I am worrying because my incubation box is almost completely filled w/ perlite/vermiculite, meaning Im afraid they wont get enough oxygen. If I leave them in the bator with the lid detached Im afraid they will exit the box, and work their way down toward the fan in the incubator or something along these lines. Help/advice on this is gladly welcomed and appreciated.

You should be fine with removing them and putting them in a box of similar size with damp paper towels in the bottom back in the incubator. :gj:

You should be fine leaving them in the incubation box if you would like. I have seen baby ball pythons that were left in the incubation box until after their first shed, and they were fine. (these boxes actually have glass tops on styrofome boxes, and are relatively air tight). However, the styrophome does breathe a bit. Just remove any type of plastic wrap or sealing devices from your incubation box, so as to allow a slight amount of air, and they will be fine.
