Great pictures, but I wouldn't mess with a snake while it's shedding. Really stressful I would imagine.

I am unsure if it was "wrong" to handle and help him while shedding, he would have to roam around a lot to get rid of his shed, but in this case I just had him slide gently through my hands and relieved him this way of his old skin, he did not seem to mind it at all, no hissing, puffing, striking... no nada... and the shed was PERFECT...:D
Now he is peeping out of is hide waiting for dinner... lil weirdo...:rolleye2:

From what I've read they mainly don't like it during the haze stage when they can't see very well. Maybe also once it's off their sensitive head and neck they don't mind?
