    I apologize for the poor pic quality, but I have had some requests to see my Varanus ornatus. All I have to take pics currently is my Crackberry Storm lol.

    He is almost eleven months old, and I brought him home 10 months ago today. He doesn't like the camera in my hand when the enclosure is open, so I took it through the plexi.

    He was captive bred here in Canada, hatched Aug. 3/08. He's getting close to 4 feet now and will be moving into his third enclosure soon.

    Very nice to see him. I got my nile about one month after you and he is about the same size. It is amazing how fast they grow if set up properly
