New Logo Coming Along.. (My Best Work Yet)

Okay, so here is how my new logo is coming along.. I took everyones advice and am going to make something fresh, unique, and my own.. SO heres how its coming along, and its deifnately my best work yet... Ill keep posting progress... I just need to think of a name now lol...

This logo makes me think you want your business to be about you and not about the snakes.

I can barely see the snake... but your face?? POW!!!

Maybe a bit smaller, and more snake involved?

Yea i know, its still coming along as i said.. This is just a small part of my logo and im up to adding the snakes.... Also, The picture is really big... and its suppose to be smaller....

But I am going to challenge your creativity. :) Why dont you replace your head, and put a snakes head there? You could put a nifty bow tie on the snake too. Make the end of the tail holding the puppet handle-deal-thingy (that's the technical term I believe) :P

I just cropped out the part with my head just to show as the first part.. It would look pretty dumb if i posted my head surrounded by a huge black background.. Im going to put a ball python around my neck now, and then brainstorm some other ideas i could do...

Just added the ball around my neck... Its coming together a bit... Now you can get a a better understanding of how this is going to work... Also, check out my sweet new avatar :)

This is the first one where I it has made me think it was original art instead of a copy of someone else's art. I like that!

I agree totally with Heather that if this were the finished product, then it would be too much about you and not enough about snakes. But if it is going to be a small graphic, and the entire logo also includes something like the snake-font that you were working on, that would help a lot.

Then again, if this becomes a small graphic, the neat detail of the snake in the bow-tie will be lost.

I think you are making great progress, but I don't think you are there yet.

I'm not sure about the puppet strings thing. Isn't that sort of like a Godfather trademark or something? Using it at all might be too strong of an association, either from the perspective of legal troubles and/or how customers would react to it.

EDIT: You posted your newest version while I was posting. I think it is another step in the right direciton!
