female after lay...

I brought a proven normal female and i was told she hasnt eaten since she laid which was 4/23... Understandable from what i read... so i tried to feed he yesterday. She took immediately but her coil on the kill was rather terrible she ate 2 adult mice and killed a third but regurgitated it before she got it down and never ate it... no biggie

But the issue is her coil she never really got around either meal and looked mor like she crushed them with her jaws. darkenz(a good guy) responded after a email saying its most likely because she laid and takes time before she lays...

Well first off, did she regurg or just spit it out? There is a BIG difference.

I don't think the coiling is much of an issue as long as she gets the job done. Sounds like you feed live currently, just keep an eye on her when she eats.

yes i watch while they eat and plan to switch to frozen thawed soon though. well she spit the third one out.
