11th dimension...?

I've had my ball python for a month now and he's been fed three times, and for the first two times, he gulped them down in about 15 minutes. (Shy, much?) But finally, on Wednesday, I was able to ensure that his food wasn't just disappearing into the "11th dimension". (My mom hates the live feeding thing, so once a week, a mouse goes to the 11th dimension :P) Anyone else have a funny euphemism for their bp's feeding time? ;)

Me and my girlfriend call them snake kibble. its always good for a laugh when ur talking to some one who isnt in the know.

My girlfriend doesn't like the whole live feeding thing either so I just tell her that I'm going to intraduce them so they can be friends!:D She doesn't really like that one either so I just give her the usual spill of snakes have to eat too. Everyone needs a good friend though, hard to keep them when they never return from the 11th dimension though! I like that.

Usually when I go to the pet store to get my feeders, if other customers are around I'll just tell the girl " I want to invite a mouse over for dinner!" or I'll ask for "2 popcicles" She knows, however it gets some funny looks sometimes...

I read Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of Nimh and Redwall when I was younger, so I call the rodent Jenner or Cluny, and don't feel as bad. :D

when people ask for feeders at work, we ask what flavor b/c we dont just get whites...
