    Getting "peed" on
I'm new in joining this forum but would like to thank all of you for your help in teaching me how to properly care for my BP before I got her. I did a great deal of research and am confident that you would all approve of my setup and care for her. My BP is about 9 months old and is very comfortable with me holding her. The problem I have is that when guests hold her she'll often pee on them. I know this is a natural snake defense as I often observe it when I handle wild snakes. The only thing I've thought to do to help her stop doing it is to not run and take her back to her cage the second she does it (in hopes that she won't associate peeing with the best way to get back into her cage). Anyone have any suggestions on how to help this? It is fresh in my mind I she peed on a guest to our home last night .

    Thanks

    Welcome to the site :)

Thats pretty much the only thing you can do, and perhaps a beware of pee handling disclaimer for any guests. ;)

Be sure to post some pictures of your snake, we like pictures :D

I tried to put some pics on but am having trouble. Can I put a picture on from my PC that doesn't have a URL?
