Finding Water Snakes in MA

Anybody have any luck finding northern water snakes in Essex co. MA? They are suposed to be pretty common in MA and I've looked around several areas with a water source and all I can ever find is MA's other water loving snke the garter. Also while on the subject. Anybody have any luck find any racers and or eastern milks. I've only ever seen two wild eaterns (I didn't find them though) and I've never seen a racer. Thanks!
