Re: First time being held!

Re: First time being held!
The pics are actually pretty backwards. I put them in that container to clean and he was being pretty calm (only attacking the hook 10-15 times). I took him outside with the intent of just taking pics of him on my homemade hood. He calmed down a lot and was being really active so I put on some gloves and got him up. We hung out in the yard for many clicks on the camera. Eventually I built up the courage to try and bare hand him. I'm very glad I did. He's been my favorite even before I thought I'd ever be able to own him.
Thanks for the comments guys.
I just checked my records from Rico. He's celebrating his 25th month of being alive TODAY!
Re: First time being held!
sweet!! i cant even get close enough to touch mine without him stricking!!
Re: First time being held!
Will, this guy is the same way. I use a long piece of thick pvc pipe (1 inch I think it is) and took a coat hanger. Bend it down and tape it onto the pipe. Make sure to tape the hooked end that you would use to hang cloths up with really well. It's pretty sharp. Kinda ghetto but it works for these little guys.
Re: First time being held!
Very nice, David. I don't blame you for the gloves, man.
Re: First time being held!
david, sweet snake man! i do blame you for the gloves however... that's just bush league. ;)
Re: First time being held!
Biaks are amazing to look at, although I hear they are mean little devils. The glove sort of supports it. I haven't read much about PNGs. Anyway, sweet Chondro.
