Confused on the Sex of my ball?

Okay so I popped my "male" ball python and no penes came out. But these two little brown horn like things came out. NOT the anal spurs. These were an other two. So does that mean female?

Sounds like the tips of a sperm plug to me, in which case it would be a male.

Without a pic it is going to be very hard to say. Males and females both have scent glands, but those should not be brown, but I don't know if what comes out of them may be brown. It might have been part of a sperm plug that you saw. I suppose it is even possible it was some fecal matter.

How big is your BP? Popping adults can be hard if you don't know how. As the snake matures, the males get more control over their hemipenes and so it may not evert if you don't know just what you are doing.

Well he's still a baby. But these were like little hard sharp horns.

Spurs? They should already be outside.

On Ralph Davis's popping video he says sometimes if you push too hard on females little horns will come out. I think I pushed too hard. So I'm not doing it again.
