    Need help identifying this snake
    Any ideas on what this little guy is? For size reference I believe that is a mason jar that it's in.

    Oh, and for geographical reference we are in Northern Alabama.

    That's a brown snake, Storeria dekayi, I belive is the latin . . . Also called DeKay's snake. That one looks just about half grown, if not more - they don't get real big.

    looks like a mature adult storeria dekayi! Tiny little buggers they are!!!
