    substrateless inqcubating vs vermic/perilite
Just wanted to get breeders opoions on gearing toward a substrateless bator or using vermiculite.

i was told that substrateless works fine and have seen some myself. but whats truely best as far as hatch rate?

ill be converting a mini fridge soon. i got a couple oval females (pics soon) that suprised me. 1st 2 clutches ever!

and as far as iam concerned iam gonna:

    cut the freeon line
    4'' flexxwatt w/ herpstat
    mini fan running constant

    & the wild card is

to just put to or 3 small sterilites at the bottom. or however many fits put a bubbler in the sterilites and have the fan on the rack right above the tubs.

creating a very humid cliamate, meaning humid enough i dont need to use substrate.

    sounds right?

p.s is there a certain kind of vermic to use or buy from like lowes or home depot.

i built 2 of these for a guy using a online guide but he never told me how they worked out. iam assuming good, but id love to be reassured by you great breeders.

    thanks!

    felipe.
