    An Amazing Weekend!!
So...this last weekend, I drove up to Atlanta to visit with Robin. On Friday night, we had dinner with Shaun and Trey (PrototypePythons & mxrider42) and their lovely ladies, Jamie and Jamie. It is always such a treat to get together with these folks. If you ever have a chance to meet up with them at a local show or something, take it! You'll laugh until your face hurts! :D

Then on Saturday, we drove up to Deborah's home. She's got some beautiful critters and had some eggs ready in the 'bator for us to cut. What was funny is that she was all excited about sharing the cutting experience with us...but when she pulled the box out of the 'bator...two of the babies had just pipped! SO, we got to see a cute little head and an adorable little nose peeking out...and there were still four eggs to snip. So I got to cut my first BP egg. It wasn't nearly so scary as I thought it would be. A very neat experience, for sure!

Then the three of us piled in and drove up to Justin Kobylka's home. We got the full tour of his rat house and his snake house. VERY cool! Then lunch together at a very yummy cafe where the conversation was....well, let's just say it was very memorable. :D Justin is amazing and I am very blessed to be able to call him a friend. :sunny:

It was, in every single way, an awesome weekend! Robin, you are such a dear friend, and I would be happy to stay with you ANYtime, even if we just stayed home and didn't gallivant all over the city like little social butterflies. :D But I thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for showing me such a great time!

Robin, Shaun, Trey, Deborah and Justin....you guys ROCK and you are all always welcome at my home in NW Florida,..or wherever it may be in years to come! :grouphug:

It felt like you just got there, and then had to leave! I had just as much fun as you did, and I'm so glad you got to come up and we got a chance to hang out with such awesome friends!

Thanks for putting up with my clutter and fur kids that demanded that you pet them always!

Amazingly fun weekend for sure!!!

Bit of a drive for me....takes me 5.5 hours to get to Robin's place. BUT...worth every mile of the drive!! :D I'll do it again in a heartbeat...as soon as time and family circumstances allow.

:tears: I am ashamed to say that is the case. I even had my camera with me. But I get so caught up in the activity at hand that I completely forget to take pictures.

Thats a bummer, but understandable, its hard to take pics when one is drooling over a bumblebee or a pastel pied, or cutting eggs for the first time. ;)
