Dude you look like Timberlake! haha
Anywho, can't beat free can you!?!
Being new to Bloods you ought to check out www.bloodpythons.com
Lots of good people and good information over there
For a quick rundown of husbandry....
86 hot spot
82 degree ambients
60 to 70% humidity
She is also a big girl and I would have to guess she's rather old or was heavily fed. If that were my big girl I'd be feeding her a Large rat every 2 to 3 weeks. Some might even recommend only feeding Medium rats that often.
These snakes have such a SLOW metabolism and overfeeding is VERY easy.
Theres a few Blood keepers here, feel free to ask us any questions. I feel like I can say were all pretty chill people, and would love to answer any questions you may have about your new acquisition:D

Thank alot.. I appreciate your info.... thats funny i do get the timberlake thing here and there haha.. but yea she is a young snake the lady said they had her for a year and a half and they got her when she was about 1.. hard to believe they got her that big so fast but she did say that they gave her a jumbo rat every week and sometimes every 2 weeks. anyway i will check out that site and if any question come up ill ask thanks again...
Re: New Female Blood Python I got for Freeeeeee!
Yeah she is VERY heavy for her age. My biggest girl is 4 years old and 16 to 17 pounds.
I'd put that girl on a medium rat every 2 weeks.
Best of luck with her:D

It's unfortunate how you came across the snake - my condolences to the customer's brother - however good on you for taking in this animal that needed a home! And congrats on the new addition to your collection. :gj:
