Hello from Washington state
Hi! I just got my first ball python and was searching for a place to ask all those dumb questions that a first-time reptile owner has. This looks like a cool site!
Re: Hello from Washington state
:welcome: to Bp.net.
If you ever have any questions feel free to ask. The members online are on the left side of the main page and the mods names are in green and the Admins are in red
Re: Hello from Washington state
The only dumb question is the one you don't ask!
This is a very cool site, hope you have fun here and learn lots!
Re: Hello from Washington state
Welcome to the site, we'll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have along the way.

Welcome from a fellow Washintonian! I'm in Shoreline outside of Seattle...where are you?
I got my first BP a couple months ago... this site is excellent for us newbies. Most of the info you need is in the care sheets or a good search session... and any other q's you can think of, someone here can answer them...

I live in Vancouver (not B.C., obviously). And I do have one random newbie-ish question...what do all the numbers (1.0, 0.1 etc) followed by pets' names in people's signatures mean?

That would designate the sex of the animal. example...1.0=one male
0.1=one female and 0.0.1=one unknown.
1.1.1=one male, one female, one unknown
Hope this helps.

:welcome: Harper!!!
Glad to have new peeps!
Wished I had seen this earlier. I was in your neck of the woods this past week. Would have been nice to meet someone from the BP.net family, IRL. :)
My BIL studied at Shoreline CC, and they live in Edmonds. Always fun to learn there are ppl close by!!!! < I'm about 6.5 hours south of U in Oregon. :D >
Have fun, learn lots and welcome to the family!:gj:
